Fuel Injector Flow Rate Programming Procedure
1. Connect the scan tool to the data link connector.
2. Connect the RS-232 to the scan tool and PC.
3. Start TIS 2000 and select the Service Programming System (SPS).
4. In the 'Select Diagnostic Tool and Programming Process' screen, select the following menu.
